This was my first visit to the new salon in Camberwell Place since it opened and it is very impressive with lots of space and a good vibe. All the staff seem to be very happy in their new environment.
My short hair was cut by Gina who is a master with the scissors. She understands my hair needs and the look I am after. Gina takes the utmost care to get it right.
Chloe at front desk is very welcoming and an asset to the whole working at Falcone.
I wish Gino and the whole team a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I am so grateful to Maddie for looking after me so well with my hair colour. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied to look my best for my son’s forthcoming wedding. This service extended to allow me to return a week later for some more highlights to lighten the overall look and fitting me in during a busy week. Haru was also on hand to attend to last minute adjustments. Everyone at HairHub are to be congratulated on their friendliness and excellent customer service. As always, not only did Ruzhi make me look like a diva, with her carefully and expertly applied colour and tips, I was also pampered by Chloe, who applied a hot towel on my head to infuse the conditioning treatment after washing, which was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Thank you to everyone!

Once again the Falcone Hair Hub team excelled! I needed a short notice hair styling for a function Saturday. My fault … I left it too late to book – especially at this time of year. My apologies.
But JJ at front reception worked on it (pulling resources together) and he with Chloe – Manager on Duty – worked miracles within and between the team and squeezed me in without impacting other clients.
Amazing really: four team members lined up for styling, my standard colour prep and application, rinsing and optional relaxing short head massage, final blow dry and touching up, and then sent me out looking my younger self again 😊🙏🤣😃 👏👏👍
Thanks to Gina – whom I had not met before: she was attentive to my precise requests and “got it right”: even long my partner and wife said so.
Very grateful!
Next time I will book well ahead.
As a serious professional researcher and practitioner in team development and optimisation I wish we could have made a video of this focus on client needs, challenge, team and leadership adaptability and still maintaining high standards in professional execution pride.

Another lovely experience at HairHub from the welcoming greeting from Chloe (who also shampooed my hair expertly along with a friendly chat) to the fabulous cut and style from Ruzhi. I have had my hair styled by Ruzhi for several years and every time she consults with me and we discuss what to do and I am never disappointed with the results. I am always thrilled with my hairstyle as I leave the salon and receive many compliments!

Always have a good experience with Karr 😊 all the staff are so friendly and lovely. They make you feel so comfortable ☺️ enjoy having my time with them. Chloe is such a friendly person at the reception.

Tina’s my hairdresser and now a friend – have shared many highs and lows together. Though as for hair – she listens, suggests ideas and works with what I have in mind. I’ve never left the salon disappointed.
I also think Maddie is a fab stylist and great to chat with too.
Gino, in Tina’s absence suggested something new for my hair and I loved that also.
Chloe at reception is welcoming, interested and empathetic – she has great professionalism that one would expect of a salon of this calibre, where prices are on the higher side in comparison, though very worth it with the results when one walks out as opposed to a cheaper salon and disappointment! So as a team they feel like a team and it’s obvious to observe how they work together to ensure what’s best for their clients. The lounge chairs at basins very comfy, and yummy coffee too.
So yes! A lovely time out at the hairdressers 🙂
