I have been coming to the salon for several years and have always had a friendly welcome and excellent service as well as a fabulous cut and style. Ruzhi has been wonderful but when she has not been available I have had wonderful styles from other staff members. Lovely friendly atmosphere and skilled staff-would recommend to anyone!!

This was my first time at Falcone and I was very impressed with the beautiful salon.

I love going to Falcone for my hair. It’s always special and I’m treated like I’m a welcome friend dropping in. The new salon in The Well is beautiful. Ruzhi cut my hair perfectly, as she has for years. And of course getting your hair washed is blissful. Spoilt rotten. Love it ❤️

I adore Ruzhi. She has magic hands; so incredibly gentle and she absolutely knows her colour and cut “stuff”. She is a “quiet” hairdresser, not loud or intrusive or too talkative. She truly has a magic touch. It’s like waking in clouds when I leave, light headed and feeling fabulous.

The new salon is divine and quite a luxe experience! Highly recommend Ruzhi & Gina, they are both superstars. I always leave the salon feeling great 😊

Honestly…the BEST hairdresser I’ve ever been to! She’s so talented and such a beautiful person. My hair has never looked better or been healthier.

I have had my hair cut and styled by Ruzhi for over 4 years and she never disappoints-everyone at the salon is friendly and I enjoy my time there. After my previous cut and style I popped into Coles to do some shopping and was stopped in the aisles by a lady who apologised for stopping me but said she could not help but stopping me as she was so impressed by my “perfect” hair style and colour-the colour is all my own but the expert cut and styling is all Ruzhi’s!! I had a lovely visit again last evening and looking forward to the new salon when it is finished but happy to visit in the temporary premises in the meantime!!

Rouzhi always does the most incredible hair colour. She matches the blonde perfectly to my darker blonde hair colour and colours the greys so well.

Ruzhi cut my hair this week and it was such a professional experience. It is the best haircut I have had in a decade. Ruzhi is very experienced and thorough; spending time to assess my hair and the most suitable style. I have had my haircut by some top hairdressers and Ruzhi is up there with the best of them. Her commitment to excellence was very obvious.

If you have naturally curly hair go here!! Rhuzi whom cut my hair is a natural and gifted stylist and knew exactly how to bring all my curls into shape with her amazing cutting technique. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Additionally the staff were all warm and friendly and give their 100% with service and quality. One very happy client!
